Some models have automatic lubrication devices, but the lubrication pipelines should also be checked frequently to ensure they are unobstructed; ② The clamping force when clamping the glass should be appropriate. If it is too loose, it will affect the grinding quality; if it is too tight, the machine load will increase, and vibration and crawling may occur. When grinding thin glass, it is also easy to crush the glass. The clamping force can be tested with a slightly larger piece of glass clamped on the machine, that is: clamp the glass in the middle of the machine, and manually move the glass in a stationary state. The appropriate clamping force is when the glass is just too difficult to move by hand.

① The consistency of the height of the suction cups on the irregularly shaped machine's worktable has a significant impact on the grinding effect. During assembly, the manufacturer has self-ground the five sets of suction cup seats and selected suction cup rubbers with consistent thickness to ensure that the height of each suction cup is consistent. Therefore, generally, do not disassemble the suction cups. If the suction cup rubber is damaged, select rubbers with consistent thickness for replacement. ② After using the irregularly shaped machine's vacuum pump for a period of time, the vacuum degree (i.e., suction) may decrease due to water ingress, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to check and troubleshoot the problem. Otherwise, if the machine operates with insufficient suction, it will affect the grinding quality and may also cause safety accidents.

3. Precautions for using a double-sided edge grinding machine

① Double-sided edge grinding machines are relatively advanced edge grinding machines. It is recommended that two to three people operate them to ensure correct operation. ② If errors or faults occur in the double-sided grinding process, it is recommended to ask the original manufacturer to send personnel for repair and debugging. Generally, do not disassemble and repair it to avoid disrupting the program and causing production downtime.
